Come to USC and see how ancient refugees kept their religious traditions alive. The Widtsoe Foundation, in association with the USC Office of Religious Life and Latter-day Saint Student Association will host a life-sized replica of the Israelite Tabernacle at the University Religious Center.

About the Event
Come to USC and see how ancient refugees kept their religious traditions alive. The Widtsoe Foundation, in association with the USC Office of Religious Life and Latter-day Saint Student Association, will host a life-sized replica of the Israelite Tabernacle at the University Religious Center’s courtyard.
The Tabernacle replica will be open to the public:
- Saturday (April 7) 12 – 6 pm
- Sunday (April 8) 9:30 am – 6 pm
- Monday (April 9) 9:30 am – 6 pm
- Tuesday (April 10) 9:30 am – 2 pm
Guided and self-guided tours will be available with a free downloadable app. Free parking and maps to the exhibit will be available at the LDS Institute of Religion at USC (1057 West 30th Street, Los Angeles).
In addition to this display, please join us for a special panel discussion, “Wandering Peoples: Religious Refugees and Displaced Peoples from Ancient Israel to Today” on Monday (April 9) from 12-1 pm at the University Religious Center room 108.
