On February 20, 2018, Bishop Gérald Caussé, Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will deliver the John A. Widtsoe Distinguished Lecture for Chapman University’s 2018 Excellence in Religious Education Forum.
This event is hosted by the Fish Interfaith Center and the Latter-day Saint Student Association at Chapman University, and presented under the auspices of the John A. Widtsoe Foundation. The presentation will be at 7:30 PM at Chapman University in the Musco Center for the Arts in Orange, CA. No-cost tickets are required for entry, which you can register for Here.
Bishop Caussé’s remarks will focus on the foundations of LDS welfare and humanitarian efforts which have totaled $1.2 billion in more than 200 countries over the past 30 years.
Prior to his 7:30 pm remarks, there will be a special 7:00 pm concert performed by The Christian Fellowship Chorale. The public is invited to attend; complimentary tickets can be obtained at http://muscocenter.org/ beginning Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
